Shipping policy


FREE DELIVERY

We are glad to say that we offer free delivery throughout mainland United Kingdom on all our products. And unlike our competitors, we have no minimum order requirement for the free delivery. We aim to deliver within 24 - 48 hours using a Next Day Delivery services to cities across the UK in most cases and ship on Expedited Delivery to countries in the European Union and North America. 
 


UK Delivery & Shipping Information:

  • Standard deliveries are made by Royal Mail between 7am and 7pm.
  • Express deliveries are made by Fedex between 8am and 8pm.
  • Next Working Day deliveries are made by Fedex, Parcelforce and Royal Mail between 9am and 8pm.

Our deliveries may require a signature. If you are unavailable, please make sure there is a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign or choose to collect from Collection Point. There are some postcode where Next Working Day deliveries are not available, therefore we may not be able to offer the service. We may also not be able to delivery if there are any site access restrictions.

  • Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays are NOT classed as working days.
  • UK delivery includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight.

We cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

EU & International Shipping Information:

Delivery times and charges to global locations will depend on the destination. Customers placing orders from outside UK for delivery to EU, North America and other international destinations will be the importer of the goods in their country of destination. By placing orders for EU, North America and other international destinations delivery, customers agree that they will be responsible for all applicable import taxes and duties for the delivery. Your order may be subject to charges or fees imposed by your local customs authority. Payment of these will be necessary to release your items from customs on arrival. Please note: we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount or offer a refund for them. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery before placing an order.

Pre-shipping Quality Control 

All our products undergo a three stage quality control procedure. The final quality assurance check is done just before shipping the order. If the item fails the pre-shipping quality control check, the item will not be shipped to the customer and we will contact you about offering you a refund or an alternative item of your choice.

  • Can I collect my order? 

Yes, collections are by appointment only. Please contact us if you want to come and collect your order from us. 

  • What happens if I order multiple items?
If you have placed your orders within a reasonably close timeframe, all your items will be shipped together once everything is ready to go. Otherwise, they will be shipped separately. 

  • Can I have my items delivered to an alternate address?

Yes, to arrange for your items to be delivered to an alternate address, please contact us. 

  • Can I have my order delivered to a store or a pickup point?
Yes, to arrange for your items to be delivered to a store or a pickup point, please contact us.
  • Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes, The driver will ask you to sign for the delivery and take an image of the item to confirm your delivery or collection has been successful.

  • What if I am not at home on the delivery date or if I miss it?

If you will not be home for delivery and are unable to change the date of your delivery, the our driver or the courier will return your order to the warehouse and you need to get in touch to reschedule the delivery.

  • My delivery time slot has passed and I've not received anything yet. What should I do?

We will give you a rough estimation of time and day for delivery, but if the order has not arrived or it is significantly delayed, please inform us immediately.

  • How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking details when your parcel is dispatched. Plus you may receive emails throughout the journey, which will include all of your delivery information.
